What earns a commission
- A company subscribes — 20–30% of what they pay each month, for 3 to 12 months depending on your tier.
- They buy unlock credits — 10% of the purchase.
- A referred company hires from the pool — a $100 bonus once the placement fee is paid.

- Never collect CVs or personal data on our behalf — candidates consent and sign on /join themselves.
- No paid ads bidding on the Qcandidate brand name.
- One account per person. Self-referrals and referral farming forfeit the balance.
Partners are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes. Commission is calculated on net revenue received after payment-processor fees, taxes and refunds, and is void on refunded or charged-back payments.
