Refund & Cancellation Policy
Qcandidate is operated by Loomee Group (Pty) Ltd (South Africa). Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled at any time. This page explains when we refund and how to reach us.

Free plan first
Every plan has a free tier so you can test the full screening pipeline before paying. We encourage you to use it before subscribing.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first paid month, email us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future renewals immediately. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Partial months are not pro-rated beyond the 14-day guarantee above.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or charges you did not authorise are refunded in full as soon as we verify them.
Service failure
If a sustained outage or defect prevents you from using the service for a material part of a billing period, contact us and we will issue a pro-rated credit or refund.
How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
