Sign-off is a controlled action. Only admins and approved reviewers can approve a rejection or release a Growth Kit — viewers can read every score, evidence table and report but cannot send anything to a candidate.
Admin
Manages the team, rubric versions and audit exports. Can also sign off decisions.
Reviewer
Approved to sign off rejections and release Growth Kits after reading the evidence.
Viewer
Read-only. Can open rankings, evidence and reports but cannot sign off or send.
Manage seats
Team seats are managed through your workspace settings. Email p.sweleni@loomeeremote.com to add or remove members, change roles, or invite a new hiring team.
